Woot! We have progress at the gym!

My baby steps but feels so good to see some progress in my body.

2% reduction in body fat
1" loss waist
1" loss hips
1/2" loss upper arms!
3/4" loss chest
no size change in the legs, but definitely a change in muscle tone down there.

Just enough to keep me motivated.  Yay me!

My program totally changed today, zowie.  Wholly new challenge Batman.
