Amazing what an hour with the trainer and a fun cardio dance class can do for the mood!
I'm feeling almost back to my non-pms self.
Why is it when I need the release of exercise the most I'm the most inclined to skip it? Go figure.

Hmmmm....this reminds me I need to work out!
Because most people aren't the perky "let's go workout. It's totally fun" types. It's always those days that feel the worst that are improved the most by working out though. You feel like you've accomplished something good for yourself.
So true. I always dread working out then when I do I feel a million times better.
