And I thought I loved corn dogs....

TGIF again, this week went by so fast!
Got some celebrating to do this weekend. Sunday is graduation.... putting on the cap and gown. I finished school in the winter and already have my degree in my hot little hands but I decided to walk anyway.
I am excited, and trying to not be a baby about things, but I was hoping there would be more of a celebration... one that I didn't have to put together myself. That would be the little child inside of me coming out. I'm ashamed to even admit I feel this way, but I do. I have many blessings in life and I recognize and appreciate them including my friends and family. But darn it, I wanted folks... be it friends or family... to come swooping in and throw me a party or organize something in my honor. I think mostly it makes me sad because I know if my mom was here that would have happened. So really, nothing would satisfy me because the one person I want here can't be. Instead I get to figure out what the heck to do with my purse because nobody will be there early to take it for me, you know, there are softball practices and strange crowd phoebias that take precedence over showing up to my graduation a little early. So be it. Pouty Pouterson over & out.... have great weekends!

Congrats on walking at graduation! That's always such an exciting thing, even if you've been done for awhile!
